STILL NO RESPONSE

Last week I Complained about the poor service I'm receiving from Cell C, they responded and said they will get back to me about the problem, I haven't heard anything from them again, and I'm still waiting for my phone its been 21 working days now!!! I'm not impressed with this at all!!!
