Network Coverage available, yet no connection

Good day,

Since getting my first contract at Cell C (last year December) I have noticed that in certain regions (Johannesburg, Sandton, Pretoria) I am not always able to connect to the internet, more often than not. The only place I used to have no issue was at my home (Kempton Park). I have read a few months ago on a few forums that Cell C was experiencing some network difficulties, so I left it be, however I am now still having issues if not worse.

Last week I went to the Cell C store in Sandton City, and they had a look. They saw that my data wasn't enabled on the system, so they enabled it. But now I am having even more issues. I have also taken various screenshots where I am trying to access my mails and it shows I have coverage, however I am getting a popup saying no internet connection. The same with whatsapp.

I have logged a call with Cell C as well, but did not receive any feedback yet. This is really unsatisfying as I have moved over to Cell C because of their great deals. But having 1.3 gb data a month and not being able to use it to its full extent is useless.
