Great Attitude and Going the extra mile

My cell phone came for upgrade, I had already ordered it from Simpiwe at Karaglen, when I arrived to collect my white iPhone 5, I was informed that it was not their even though I was on the list. Riaan served me and I explained that I was not really sure that I wanted an iPhone as I already had one on my other number and I really enjoyed the Blackberry. Riaan explained I detail the pro's of the new Blackberry so I decided to take it. One day later the phone started playing up by switching the screen off any time and it flickered. I also was not able to answer in coming calls. I called Riaan who straight away apologized and asked me to return the Blackberry which I did and he confirmed there was something wrong. That was Saturday, today being Monday Riaan confirmed that my new Blackberry was here for collection. I finish work at 5, 30 and MTN Karaglen closes at 5.00.
Twice now Riaan has waited for me till 5.40pm to assist me. Service like that you don't find in South Africa today. Well, done Riaan at Karaglen and all my upgrades will come your way!!! :)
