I took out a Cell C contract in December last year. I work in the Pretoria CBD, and since the end of January 2013, i have been beset with coverage and connectivity issues. I have an Iphone 5 that is basically useless, as the 3G coverage is pathetic. Daily from 10:00am to around 4:00pm the network coverage goes missing, which leaves me unable to connect to the net or utilise my iphone applications.
Cell C have made contact in order to resolve the issue, but the problem still persists. As i compose this statement, i have had connectivity issues since 9 this morning. I think it is prudent upon cell c to inform their users if there is an issue with the network in the pretoria area. And we should also be informed as to when this issue will be resolved. I am aware of many customers and users of cell c complaining about their netwrok coverage in the Pretoria CBD
