As per my previous report on the 19th Feb, this issue is still not resolved, someone did call me that time (Funiwe) and she asked for my EMEI number, which I provided. she came back telling me my phone had a physical fault, when I disputed that that is not true as I've heard so many users having the same issues with the phone. She then asked that I send her proof that this is not a physical issue, which I did on the 22nd of Feb and that is the last time I ever heard from her. I called the number that was on her email signature last Friday but I was told that she will be back only in April
I mean REALLY now cell c, I dont want any refunds. either you fix the phone or you cancel the contract then I can go to another service provider, and I know they dont even ask any questions when it comes to blackberry because everyone knows BB gives such issues, well except for Cell C
