I called in customer customer regarding a query, and the first consultant put the phone down on me, so i decided to call again. The second consultant, Thabiso put the phone down me again. Finally when I go through I spoke to a lady who was not helpful at all!!

My query was regarding my Blackberry Internet Service (BIS), according to 8ta systems I have not subscribed to the BIS service, however I did subcribed to it as i have an sms notifcation as proof. The consultant was not helpful in responding to my question. I needed to enquire whether 8ta was capping it users as well as whether I wanted to know why files can no longer be download from the internet. If 8ta is capping its users, it would be appreciated that they informt their clients.

This is unacceptable from a service provider as customers are paying for these services. My opnion of this network has changed.
