My cell phone was in September last year, since October I have been billed for airtime to approxiametly R1000. I only noticed this in January when I looked at my statement. I never registered for OTA and didn't even know what this was until I enquired about my account. I called them so many times. I was told that they need to investigate, a month later I called again. I was told that they need to speak to the service provider in this case vodacom. I called vodacom myself and they informed me that there was no activity on this sim card from august? So how then did Edgars bill me. I spoke to someone again and was told that my account will be credited, so I did not worrry about it. Last month i got a call from accounts and they said I am in arrears, so I told her I am not paying until my account is sorted out. Again I had to call the OTA centre and to my surprise they said there was no ivestigation and my account is not going tobe credited and they need to investigate??? I have to go and fill out forms at the store??? Your service is terrible and your staff are incmpetent! I am thinking of persuing this legally now!! Interest and late charges??
