For the last two months I have been billed for a content charge amounting to R200.00 per month on my MTN contract. A contract I have had for 15 years.
I would like to know how this charge has come about. I have questioned MTN in Phoenix and I have had no joy... or a proper explanation...
The charge is falling under a Company called: INTEGRAT - 011- 206 7600 / FAX NO: 011-3183334 / [Email Removed] per the consultant at the branch.
I have tried this number for the past two weeks and no luck.
My issue is how does MTN allow this amount to be billed on my account without my approval/confirmation. This amount comes on my MTN monthly bill.
