I went to the Westgate telkom branch, received better service there for the first time, I told the lady to cancel my package immediately, they even called me back to make sure i wanted the package i was on cancelled, because when i went to the branch in Westgate i wanted my package put to the prepaid, but today when i went there they said to me that the line was cancelled, and if i need to put it to the prepaid i must just pay up the account and then call in to change it to the prepaid, i don't know what is going on Telkom better sort this out immediately, and get back soon, i put a complaint on their server but they still have not responded to me
