Two complaints -
a.) Mbongeni who was originally supposed to sort out my 1st complaint has not contacted me after I gave him the information he required.
b.) It has now been two months since I first submitted my application. I eventually received a phone but no sim card. The sim card was supposed to arrive a day after I received the cell phone. This is the third working day and still no luck. I have given them until the end of today to send it but really enough is enough and I have been very patient. Anyone else trying to get a contract dont bother.
