UNSOLICATED CHARGE

I emailed the company last month as well as using their IVR system to unsubscribe to whatever content it is that my wife is being billed for. Again this month there is another content charge, despite our best efforts to cancel whatever it is that is creating the charge. This is tantamount to highway and needs to be stopped! We require a refund for the months of October and November.
