ACCOUNT BILLED INCORRECTLY

On 02/10/2013, I called Vodacom regarding a query on my account with reference; F3-T3Y18-8G41D, which was billed incorrectly, due to miscommunication from one off their agents.

I was billed for an amount which is not supposed to come off my account, all I had requested was to be changed to a different data plan & once that is done, I will purchase the data bundles myself, using the airtime which I receive monthly, that did not happen as this amount was billed to the account. I explained all this & requested that the amount be removed from being charged to the account.

I was told that I would receive a response, its been over 2 weeks now & still nothing. I called yesterday & today & the whole exercise has proved futile, as it stands now it seems this amount will be charged again on my account. According to a lady I spoke to, today, Mandy Mkoko, there is nothing she can do as the matter is still pending & no one can assist! Which baffles me as to how such can be after 2 weeks.
