Where do I start?

Transactor Plus account closure - I closed my account at Sandton City branch and obtained written confirmation from Jenny (have employee number if that helps). Having called the call centre the account is still open and I have now been charged the monthly account maintenance fee. Please reverse this charge and close my account.

PPI - I recently opened a credit card account at Morningside branch through Praleen. I did not request Payment protection insurance and have been charged for this. My partner also had the same issue 2 weeks prior to this - Nedbank you are trying your luck (you dont even put PPI on your account opening documentation - why is this...?) I even asked if there were any additional charges on my account - was told no. I have now since cancelled the PPI over the phone but now have to go into my branch again to get it refunded! Please reverse this charge.

Finance charge transparency - I have requested a detailed breakdown (i.e. # of days, % interest and amount on which it applies) of a finance charge (R137.32 on 25th July 2013) both through call centre and through online secure messaging. No responses have remotely answered my question - please provide.
