Waiting over 3 years for ADSL from Telkom

Early July 2010 I called Telkom and asked for ADSL at home. I had a prepaid phone already - they said I had to change to one of their "CLOSER" packages to get ADSL which I did. approx 2 weeks later I received an sms from telkom saying that there were no 'ports' available and that the adsl service couldnt be provided. I then called Telkom, the same lady I had spoken to previously (Gloria) and asked her to put my phone back to what I had previously as without ADSL i didnt want or need the closer package. After many many many phone calls to them - and being handed over to a few attorneys its now over 3 years later and I still have no phone - no ADSL and despite me asking for accounts of actual usage, going in and paying for the calls made during the time it took for them to take the closer thing off - I am still no further forward in this thing! ~ Last week I received yet another sms from yet another debt collector - wanting me to pay rental for 6 months of 'closer' package - plus interest plus i dont know... I told them to get telkom to sort this mess out!
