I called the call-centre on the 26th of October to cancel my 5GB Standard Access package: TIN2045589.
The lady told me it will be cancelled in 30 days. I received the online bill today and see that on the 26th of October a 10GB shaped package TIN2045589 was added to my account which I didn't authorize.
I call to cancel a package and instead of cancelling Telkom ads a package, do you still wonder why people go to other ISPs?
