MY TELKOM LINE WAS SUSPENDED IN APRIL 2012 AND REQUESTED DOWN GRADE OF THE INTERNET PACKAGE WHICH WAS RUNNING ON A 3MTHS FREE PROMOTION, WAS TOLD THAT I NEED TO MAKE PAYMENT BEFORE CHANGING MY PACKAGE. WHAT THE CONSULTANTS FAILED TO ADVISE ME WAS THAT I COULD CANCEL MY NORMAL LINE AND SWITCH TO PREPAID AT THAT TIME. THIS WAS ONLY COMMUNICATED TO ME AFTER VISITING THE KC BRANCH IN AUGUST 2012 AND AFTER MONTHS OF BILLING FOR FULL INTERNET PACKAGE WHICH COULD NOT EVEN BE UTILISED. I WAS THEREFORE BILLED FOR SOMETHING WHICH SERVED AS NO PURPOSE TO ME. DUDU SHANGE (TELKOM) THEN REQUESTED ME TO COMPLETE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF DEBT FORM AT TELKOM BRANCH AS THE BILL WAS TOO HIGH FOR ME TO SETTLE IMMEDIATELY. I THEREFORE COMPLETED 'AOD' FORM WHICH WAS DUE BY END NOVEMBER AND WAS TOLD BY KC TELKOM BRANCH THAT THEY WOULD SEND IT THROUGH TO DUDU SHANGE . DUDU THEN STILL SENT MY ACCOUNT THROUGH TO CREDIT WORKS. CREDIT WORKS THEN CONTACTED ME AND TOLD THEM THAT I'VE COMPLETED THE AOD FORM WITH TELKOM ALREADY. I THEN SPOKE TO DUDU (TELKOM) AND SHE TOLD ME TO JUST CONTINUE MAKING PAYMENT OF R300 AS PER 'AOD' FORM AND SHE WILL HAVE MY ACCOUNT REVERSED FROM CREDIT WORKS. NO REPONSE FROM DUDU TODATE.
