Account cancellation

I called Telkom to cancel my account October and I was told to fax copy of my Id and a letter of which I did but my account still hasn't been cancelled my sister tried to call them since I do not have access to the Telkom lines where I live at the moment and my sister is the one who's paying for it they told her they cannot cancel the line until they speak to me what more they want from me since I send the documents that were required and they told her if she stop paying I will be blacklisted my account is not a contract is a prepaid it should be easy to cancel it but you people are making it difficult for me come on you cannot force a customer to your services I am no longer in Johannesburg and my sister cannot keep on paying it since you cannot change the ownership and she has no say if the account is under my name just cancel it you can confirm everything with her because I don't have a phone stop from people if you can check your records in the 1st two months I had that account with you, you over charged me I had to pay you people R3000 until today I never get a correct explaination from you but I knew my package was far less from what you charged me
