After 4 years we have decided that enough is enough, so we cancelled our telkom account. Earlier this year we went onto the prepaid option and after 2 unsuccesfull debit orders due to striking dates not happening on correct dates and R170 penalty per incident we have decided to cancel. We went into the Centurion Telkom store end of September paid the whole account and immediately requested a cancellation of the line with last day being active 31-10. It has not been done and the account payment Telkom has allocated to prepaid airtime, why would i pay almost R600 and immediately thereafter request a cancellation of the line?
Please resolve your incompetence and cancel the line, I don't owe you anything. I will not be held responsible for your negligence.
