Just called Autopage technical help desk, spoke to Shaun. I've had no 3G connectivity for days. He informed me that the problem is purely due to MTN network issues over which Autopage has no control. Countless people are affected! To fix the problem I need to be inconvenienced, find and go to an Autopage branch so that the sim can be "re-RICA'd". Why must I do this if my sim has already been RICA'd? I'm so annoyed because I just chose to renew my contract with Mtn, shunning Cell C who, on reflection, would have been the far better choice. Bad show Mtn. And Autopage, as my service provider you should've been able to give me a solution that wouldn't require a trip to a mall!
