Subscription to their service at R3.50 per day for unlimited downloadable content or something. I noted "content charges" on my itemised billing from MTN and contacting MTN to clarify why I got these "content charges" as nothing unusual reflected on my itemised billing. I phoned MTN (reference number: 108509315) to enquire and they stated that I "subscribed" on 15 December 2013 to [URL Removed] MTN gave me the contact details of who is claiming this subscription and it was give as Victorious Technologies (012) 362 5488. I phoned them to request my "proof of subscription" and they cancelled my subscription (when speaking to MTN to query the "content charges" I requested them to cancel the subscription immediately). Victorious Technologies then sent me an sms that stated I was unsubscribed and reference number 126162 was given. I did not click on their links and did not want to subscribe to their service, yet I got billed and my "proof of subscription" is a screen shot from someone's PC, not a legal document! I have all the communication on record with reference numbers. I am getting legal backing to take these guys down!
