Bad Service from MTN

I decided to take a new contract out with MTN.On advise from the consultant i took the samsung s3 mini.i firstly had to wait more that 2 weeks for a phone bec the store was robbed an didnt have stock. I needed the phone urgently as i was going out of the country as i was advised by the consultant to go to brackenhurst branch .when i got there they told me to back to the store i signed the contract .i eventually get the phone, go to brackenhurst branch to set up internatIonal roaming and told its automatic ..i get to singapore and my phone doesnt work??
From day 1 i have been having problems with the phone .the battery doesnt last a day, i went back to mtn jhb, the consultant told me all the new phones batteries does not last bec of the apps, my phone started freezing on me, i went back to mtn, they told me that they could send it for repairs but they need the box (yest), i go back today .he tells me he doesnt need the box but he phone. I then tell them that if the device is faulty they must replace it, he then says ok go and bring all the accessories ..so here's another day wasted..MTN DISAPPOINTING SERVICE... SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH VODACOM
NO REPLACEMENT FONE
