I fell into arrears due to unemployment. Vodacom handed me over to a debt collecting company. I received some money and I called for a settlement. I paid it in July 2012. Today I receive a call from attorneys advising there is still an amount outstanding. I did receive a settlement letter and I did pay accordingly. How is it possible that Vodacom can hand me over to new attorneys after my account has been settled in full. There must be some sort of admin mistake and I cannot be laible for monies after an account has been settled. This reflect very bad on Vodacom's admin system.
