I recently went into my local Vodacom store in Century City in order to upgrade my current phone thinking this would be a reasonably simple procedure. Apparently not!

I was helped by a very polite lady (Abigail) who assisted with my queries (given upgrade quotation 7605226) and advised that stock of the phone i requested (Samsung S3) was unavailable but would be in store within 7-14 days. This was Friday 10 May 2013. i called on the store on Thursday 23 May to see if a delivery had been made and was told that there was a supply problem but not to worry, phones were expected either Friday or no later than Monday 27th May.

I called the store today to again enquired only to be told the stock has not arrive but they would call me right back to advise, i am still waiting...

I'd love to hear what Vodacom has to say about this
