I have had a neo-lite device on a residential prepaid basis from Neotel for 2 years. 7 weeks ago Neotel reset all their mail servers. After this none of the neo-mail subscribers including myself could access mails. Neotel had no way (so I am told) of notifying subscribers of the impending reset. As a result, their call centres were jammed - so much so, it took me over 2 weeks of irate frustrated calling and being placed on hold for over 30 minutes at a time, before I reached a call centre agent. The cellular expenses incurred from this were exorbitant. I was asked how they could make it up to me, I told them a new device would be nice. In 5 weeks, i have not received one call back, no new device nothing. I contacted H/O and spoke to Lungi on the SWB, many many times who promised someone would call me back. Eventually (since Lungi got to know my number) she stopped taking my calls, the H/O number would ring endlessly every singe day. One thing is for sure, Neotel do not give a rats about their customers and have disgusting service levels. I have managed to speak to 3 people in 7 weeks (incl Lungi) and they were ALL rude and arrogant.
