I booked my phone in for a repair at the end of January and was informed a) it would take 14 to 30 days to effect the repair b) i would receive communication throughout the process to update me.
Its now been more than 1 month since I handed it in. Apart from automated weekly messages saying "your phone is still with the repairer", I have not received any updates from Nashua Mobile.
On Friday 1 March I contacted the telephonic customer service & spoke to a Nicholas who confused me even more and promised to have the repair center call me. This never happened.
On Monday 4th March I went into my local branch & was informed that they were waiting for me to "authorise a quote" to replace the battery. This was the first time I was hearing about the quote - I'd not received any notification before today. The system shows the quote was logged on 24 February which was more than a week ago.
On Monday 1 March I forwarded a similar email to Mr Alvin Nayager who I was informed is the head of technical repairs & have not had a reply. Today I have received an email to say he has left the company.
Is this the level of customer service you aspire to Nashua Mobile?
