I called [Email Removed] and emailed accounts to pay the credit amount of R7 096.79 back into my bank account. On Monday I was assured by the agent, that it will be done on the same day. On Thursday I called again and after leaving my contact details, an agent was suppose to call me back to resolve the matter. On Friday I emailed full details to accounts. Perhaps @lantic should change their support email to: in the likely event you have not been contacted regarding the resolution of your request within a few hours please alert us by replying to this emai!
