Billed for a service that I don't have

I have just received an emailed invoice for an email address at absamail. This is the first time that I have ever received an invoice from @lantic for this. When I called the call centre, I was told that they took over the absamail accounts in 2008. I ahve checked my bank account and notice that I have been charged R45 per month for more than 4 years. The issue is that on my bank statement all it says is: ACB DEBIT: EXTERNAL (14, 50)
INTERNET VOXCONS-R36145 -45.00. Nowhere is @lantic mentioned. This to me looks like a charge for my internet banking, not some email address that I don't use. I believe that this deception is unethical and possibly illegal. I want all the money back that has been taken from my account since @lantic took over absamail which should amount to over R2000
