I joined Afrihost in March2012. I paid with my credit card, the money was deducted from my account. I then on a monthly basis receive TAX INVOICES from afrihost with ZERO amount owing, just a thank you for paying.
I now receive an email on Monday from Afrihost telling me I have an outstanding balance - I queried why that is via email for the second time, the first time, queried this same thing a couple of months ago (January) my ref number #YQS-696-89009 and was ignored.
My query on Monday was replied to with snobby unprofessional reply from Kele, which i replied to on Monday to no reply, i sent another email yesterday to try resolve this, no reply, sent this morning, no reply.ref #YBO-789-99744-the second query-i just received another emailed with my second warning.
Plus my "service" was renewed with out my consent, i have queried this
If i owe money that is fine, but if Afrihost accounts department don't know what they doing, its not my issue. they must call me and resolve this. I have also reported this to the consumer protection
