Vodacom
Vodacom Pensioner and false information

Please can you help me.

November 2012
I had a prepaid phone in which I had R225.

November 2012
A lady from Vodacom phoned me and offered me a package for a R115 a month. Which I said NO to as I am a pensioner and know I cannot afford it.
She was very pushy and wouldnt take NO for an answer. Eventually I folded BUT the only reason was because she said I could use my sim card with the R115 to Skype my daughter in Canada on my tablet.
This, and she confirmed about 10 times that I could cancel anytime I wanted to was why I accepted it.

Jan 2013
I have only been able to skype my daughter twice.

Payments
Vodacom was supposed to take R115 off every month on the 26th.
Which they didnt.

They apparently have been taking off on the 1 or 2 of the month.
So I have been paying bank charges becauses of their mistakes which is R100 plus/minus everytime.

January 2013 they suspended my phone I then had to pay R366.
February 2013 they suspended my phone again and charged me R565.

I went to Vodacom Liberty Mall Pmb and told the young gentleman my plight and he told me
that I could not cancel unless I paid R2500.

Please help me
