On 6 January 2013 they broke into our house while we were sleeping and my cellphone, Blackberry 9360 that I had for a month, after my ungrade and i paid in R1800.00 cash. i phoned vodacom immediatly and reported the matter asking them to block my phone and I got a ITC number. We were on holiday so I did not have time to change the details with my insurance. A few weeks ago the person who has my phone now is using it, sending bbms to all my friends (the bbm pin stays the same) I phoned vodacom and they conrimed that it has been blocked, and the bbm pin has been suspended, this was not the case, she is still 'chatting' to my contacts, I cannot believe that vodacom cannot blacklist the phone or even just the pin (got a sms from vodacom stating that the pin has been suspended - not the case either! If i do not get my phone back I dont want anyone else to use it. Why do we have to go through all the trouble of blacklisting a phone and vodacom is not able to assist. unfortunatly I upgrated December 2012 and have to keep the contract for another 2 years, but after t
