THE BADDEST CELL PHONE PROVIDER EVER

My lines (3) expired on 23 December 2012, 8ta phoned me on 23 November 2012 to upgrade my contracts which I declined due to poor service. I took a letter on the 5th of December to Telkom to confirm cancellation. They cancelled 2 of the 3 lines. On 31/01/2013 they debited my account for the Top Up line I had. Phoned them about it, said they will cancel and refund. On 28/02/2013 took money AGAIN, it bounced. Immediately they (NOT THE BANK) took R115.00 for unpaid debit order. On 15/03/2013 they took R115.00 again. On 28/03/2013 took debit order amount. Since then they have taken 6 times R115.00 for unpaid from my account. Now I received a bill for R507.00 which will be debited end of May 2013. I have phoned them, I have emailed them and they keep promising to cancel the line and refund my monies taken unlawfully from my account. The debit order bounced 28/02/2013 it is now 22 May and still they take monies for unpaid fees. The last day taken was on 20/05/2013. As soon as I put money in my account, they debit. I threw that sim card away in January, the number being 081 384 7584, so don't bother trying to phone me on it.!!! PATHETIC!!! JUST CANCEL THE LINE!!!
