Keen to take my money, not keen to return it

After 27 phone calls to 082111, one call to 0821958, one call to 0821905 I have decided to take the Hello Peter route. My account was debited with an amount for content services, explained to me on 22/10 to be a pornography site my dongle joined, after numerous calls to this Mira Networks, no answer no return on email, i also complained on Hello Peter where they responded, explaining Vodacom has safety measures ensuring I joined before i am charged. my accounts show no data usage, so that is enough proof i never even took a look at this smut. How come no one at vodacom will prove this to me, vodacom took the money, vodacom must give it back!!! not one person at accounts can help, no one at legal is prepared to help, so, here is my deal, i cancel my stop order, refund myself and return all phones and dongle (which apparently enjoys pornography) and go elsewhere, then i expose vodacom in any and which way possible to make others aware of the service they offer. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years, my account always up to date, i have sms's from vodacom stating they will get back to me on 22/10. Yeah right!!! PATHETIC
