BIS not working properly for over a month

It is so sad that I have to resort to Hellopeter everytime to get something sorted out with Virgin Mobile

I have had a blackberry with Virgin Mobile for over 1 year now. Everything worked fine.

Just over a month ago, my Whatsapp and BBM stopped working properly as it used to work.

Messaged either took ages to send and receive or they simply did not send at all.

I called up the Virgin Mobile Call centre to report this.

I was told how to fix this and ended the call with the response "restart your device and then it will work"

Still the problem remained. I called back and was told something else to do "restart your device and then it will work" - still it did not work.

On the 5th Call I was told by "Gerald" my simcard is old and I must get a new one - strange i thought it worked all this time fine. but I went to Canal Walk and waited in the queue for 45mins got the new sim, but still it did not work.

I called today to be told "oh actually your number has a problem and I am sure our technical team will look at it"

Please this is silly, just someone proper call me and stop wasting my time and give me the service i deserve and am paying for.
