Annoying!!!

Last month on the 22nd of April I bought a new Virgin Mobile simcard in ordered to port my 8ta number to Virgin. I bought this because that's what Virgin's website suggests you must do to port. I sent an sms to 30977 as I had been instructed by one of their call centre staff, Junaid. It is said to take just 24 hours to port. It's been two weeks now and still I'm stuck in an even worse situation before I tried to port. My 8ta simcard still works but my Virgin simcard doesn't make calls and other necessary services are not working. Last Monday, I phoned again and again spoke to Junaid who told me to send a porting request from my 8ta simcard instead... Again it's been nearly a week and this also hasn't worked. I'm getting sick of this waiting.

To make things even worse, I made an expensive call to your Virgin Mobile call centre and then consultant Tshidi put me "through to the porting unit/department"... and then I stayed on hold for 5-minutes until the call was disconnected by your stupid system.
