I am logging this complaint on behalf of my mother who is old and has no access to expose Virgin mobile. My Mother was called by one of the call centre agents to sighn up for a contract and she did and they delivered perfectly . the contract term finally ended and she was not interested to renew she asked to cancel and they promised her it was but every month they debit R99 for her FNB whis is becoming a nuisance . she called them to ask them to stop once again they assured her it was sorted but that was not true she called them again a coloured consultant was rude to her and told her she needs to go to canal walk herself and close it, which is so strange course the signed her up over the phone and not at canal walk, well she did and my mother is 60 years old and is suffering for health problems . she went to canal walk and no one could help help instead they gave her the phone to call whoever and ask them to close. Virgin Mobile is really troubling my mother and she is really not hapy with this debits please stop debiting and close my this account . i am so dissapointed and my mom is really stress, her acc numbe 1090928160
