I lost my ID last year and reported it on the following day. Few days later someone used it to open Cell C contract, I discovered this and went to Cell C to report the matter and gave them an affidavit and dispute form and they said they'll get back to me up until now nobody has contacted me even the lady that opened this contract doesn't bother herself to let me know if they emailed or faxed my document to their head office as they promised with her manager. This thing worries me a lot as I can't do my things because this account which is in arrears.
