I applied for an upgrade two weeks ago; half of the package was delivered; transaction has been reversed & redone; still no ETA on stock; i've asked for this to be cancelled 2 days ago; but no confirmation from vodacom as yet; also sent them a formal letter of complaint but no one has been in touch with me.

each time i call the upgrades department; i need to explain the incident over & over again. do they not keep their systems updated; why do i need to explain myself all the time.

i just want this upgrade cancelled; for them reverse everything; to collect this phone & re-activate my old sim.
