MY BB dident want to charge. Went to Mossel Bay Mall to the Cell C shop. They advised it should be sent to the repair centre in JHB.

Three weeks later. My phone comes back full of scratches. The report says it has water damage and cant be fixed and I cant get a new phone even if its under warranty. I told the manager, I dont swim, bath or shower with a phone. He then says I live in moist house and work in a moist office. This was truely the most pathetic excuse I have ever heard. I live in a house where my girlfriend has a BB and her seems fine, my work colleques has BB and theirs seems to be working fine as well.

I took the phone to a cell phone shop in Mossel Bay. I told them the problem and Cell C report that it has water damage. The manager open the phone, looks at me and starts laughing. Guess what, the phone has no water damage. The problem is the charging port was damaged. R250 and 30 min later my phone is back in working order.

I emailed, phoned Cell C complaint department, no help at all. I only get answers, your phone has water on it, we cant help you. And a branch manager to insult me by saying I live in a moist house and work in a moist office.
