Still no phone is my possession

I am already a very dissapointed client before I even start my contract with vodacom!!!
This is the worst service i have ever received. Its been 1 FULL MONTH and I have not received my phone as yet.

Not even a courtesy call from Vodacom to advise what is the delay???

This is my first and last time dealing with such a poor service provider... looks like they dont even care about their clients.
