JET EDGARS Convert Prepaid Account to Contract

Further to my complaint against JET_EDGARS, I was a promised that my cellphone service will be changed from Contract back to Prepaid within 54, and nothing has been done. I have spoken a rude Pauline at 08603344 and to other 3 people (Sibongile, Tumi and...) but to no avail. I am using a blackberry, I buy BIS services monthly at R59, this conversion has led to me losing internet and chat service accesses. With Vodacom, everytime I buy airtime I accumulate talking points which can be converted to sms's or devices, I lost the talking points and had to buy BIS services again this month. I was told by Pauline who refused to provide me with the details of Admin Dept that handles cancellations that I must wait again until next week Tuesday for my problem to be resolved.

It is tiring and scary that Vodacom would allow people to just tap into our cellphone services and make changes as they wish. Is our information protected? Is there someone listening to our conversations on our phones? Vodacom is also not helping the situation, they choose to pass the buck and let their customer to suffer? I asked for Vodacom's intervention but none came. SAD!
