Hi, I have been incorrectly billed on data worth over R400.
I have two contracts with MTN and am a loyal consumer and am really unhappy about the service I have received - at both store and call centre level I have been turned away.
My bill this month was over R940, which comes at a time when I really cannot afford such.
My contract should not be more than R600, as I have a TopUP worth R360 and a Data contract worth R140. Even allowing for all the extra caller line etc.
However, the most upsetting part has been the lack of service and help. I had an issue with a Blackberry service charge being placed FOR NO REASON on my account for months, which I loyally never complained about and now this?
I would like this escalated to management please, as I need the money returned and my pleas are falling on deaf ears.
