I subscribed for "discounted Airtime" making use of JET Cellular OTA option (*130*334) on 15/12/12. I received an sms saying that I had successfully subscribed to a "data bundle" package of 75MB on 28/12/12.I was off BIS. I called MTN and they told I was no longer on prepaid but on contract. I was given this number to call (0860332244). I have called this number numerous times and every was told that the turnaround time is 24-48 hours. And on the 9th I spoke to some supervisor who said it will take a month and they are working on it. Meanwhile they deducted "22/12/12 SMS AIR SUBSCRI 70.00 and 06/01/13 MTN AIRTIME SUBSCRIPTION FEE 70.00" from my Jet account. I told them that I don't want data bundles I want to be able to buy BIS for my BB.I received a call from one of the admin people on 30/01/2012 telling me that I can't cancel I can only do so after 12 months. And that their service does not support Blackberry's BIS. I am beyond dismayed by the service that I received. I want to cancel this with immediate effect as this is causing so much inconvenience I can't even get my emails. I want my number back on prepaid.
