Breach of Contract & Incompetent Staff

I called Outsourance for a quote on my car as I already had building cover with them. A lady by the name of Deenah offered me a premium of R954 excluding tracking device with a basic access of R1500 & R250 for glass. I agreed and a contract was entered into based on this info. I then went on to try and cancel my existing policy with another insurer and was offered a lower premium R876 including tracking device with a basic access of R2500. I called Outsourance with this info. and was informed by them that they will lower my premium to R842 without any other changes to my policy. To which I agreed and went ahead to cancel current insurance and be covered with Outsourance. 2 or 3 days later I received my policy documetation which stated a basic access of R3400.00 & glass R950.00 and not R1500.00 & R250.00 as agreed with them. I then called to enquire and was informed that they will look into it and call me back. This did not happen as I had to make a few more enquiries and was eventually told by one of their managers (Martin) that the individual who helped me made a mistake and that there is nothing else they can do to change it. SO MUCH FOR BENDING OVER BACKWARDS FOR THEIR CLIENTS!!
