I have been a loyal client with Cell C paying C cover and paying my contract over R2000 every month over 4 years. I have sent my Samsung for repairs in Nov 2012 for repairs (factory fault) at Cell C SP rivonia rd.they said it would take 21 days. The insurance guys declined the repairs without even understanding the issue, saying it was misuse (clearly most clients are taken for a ride if they are not informed), after I pursued the claim (fortunatley the repair guys were honest to say it was the phone's board faulty) they approved the repair. I was called in Jan 2013 to collect my phone, I get to the store to find my phone with a badly cracked screen (obviously someone dropped it). There is no proper service let alone dilligence even in their CellC departments. Now it's 4MONTHS I still have no phone or a curtesy call. I keep calling Insurance (Reagan Naidoo) with no response. They blacklisted my phones end of Jan 2013 cause I missed a payment, Reagen Naidoo had a good excuse not to do anything because I missed a payment and owed them R5000. He sent me to pre-legal. I was informed that I need to pay first till anything can be done. Paid the R5K, it's now 7th March no answer from them.
