Vodacom offered me an insurance policy and to load air time on my phone every month R75, and they didn't mention anything about me loosing my talking points. I sent them an email on the 11th of January to cancel the deal that we had because no one told me that I was going to loose my talking points and it's not working for me because I still by airtime like before and they didn't respond and then I sent another one in February still no response.
I really want to cancel this thing I DO NOT WANT IT, I don't understand why they are not getting back to me.
Sending 2 emails with no response is a turn off, I have with Vodacom from 1999 and this is my 2 number with Vodacom, I have been using this number from the year 2000 and now I am not happy at all and I'm doubting their service.
