I am tired of Vodacom. Ever since I did my upgrade it has been a tiresome process. Firstly they delayed getting me my phone. I had to call and follow up with them and their courier. It was not up to me to follow up with them but I did it to get my phone. Now my billing comes in and it's over R800. The package that I took was just under 350. I am tired of Vodacom and I will be taking the matter with ICASA. When you do an upgrade make sure that you as the sales person explain what the customer wants. One of the call center ladies that I spoke to on the 06.03.2013 said that usually they don't as long as they get their sales up. If that is the case then please take back your phone Vodacom I won't be able to afford it.
