1. Upgrade on 23.09.2013

2. on phone ending with... 23 handset was supposed to be free

3. Received invoice on 10.10.13 and was billed for handset, R4, 963-85

4. Contacted Vodacom on 10.10.13, ref S3-T361D-DBX8X

5. Upgrade department passes the buck to Customer serves, Customer services passes it to billing, billing passes it to upgrade department, they pass the buck to customer serves

6. Nobody is willing to take ownership,

7. Nobody is willing to communicate and explain the status of the query

8. This is a fantastic case how not to apply CRM and chase customers away

9. End of the day, Vodacom has 1 upset customer and does not care
