Mtn

I found that Mtn added an cellphone account to my name and that I was paying the account without me knowing. After I filed a complaint to mtn'sfraud department I immediately stop all transactions of mtn linked to my bank account. The bank told me that they can also reversed the transactions if I can obtain a letter from Mtn stating that Mtn is aware of my bank cancellation. I went to the Mtn Uitenhage branch and showed Mtn the sms that I got from my bank which shows that I cancelled all transactions link to Mtn. I explained also that my bank only wants I letter from Mtn that says that Mtn are aware that I cancelled the transactions..but still nobody at Mtn can present a letter that says that I informed them about the bank transaction cancellation. EVEN THOUGH EVERYBODY SAW THE SMS FROM THE BANK..NOBODY AT MTN CAN WRITE A LETTER THAT SAYS I INFORMED THEM ABOUT THE TRANSACTION CANCELLATION.
