I called a MTN customer care line 0831239622 and got a very bad service from a lady named Esther. I received my phone yesterday and they said my sim swap will be active between 2 and 24 hours. i called this morning spoke to Victor (very nice guy) who told me to wait another 2 hours and phone back if it is still not active, i called like he suggested and spoke to Esther (very rude), didnt even give me a chance to finish my sentences and made me hold the phone untill i put it down.
