EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE FROM MTN

I took out a contract at MTN Rosebank Mall on 3 March 2013. I filled out all the forms and submitted all the required documentation on the same day. I did not hear from them on Monday morning and when I called around lunchtime I was told they cold not confirm employment even though they had all my details. The consultant who asssisted me did not bother to keep in touch but instead waited for me to call. I eventually received confirmation that I could pick up the handset 48hours later and was told the sim should be active within 2 to 24hours and by 6 March at 1pm my number was still not active. When I finally called MTN to enquire I was told my number had not been RICA'd even though the consultant had all the documents required to do so.
If I was buying a car I would have probably be driving it in a few hours but taking out an MTN contract took me 3 days to have everything sorted out. Very dissapointing!
